How do I pay?
Choose Zelle, Venmo, or Bitcoin at checkout. Payment is sent separately after placing your order. Shipping begins after payment is confirmed. For Bitcoin, contact us to confirm the exact BTC amount before sending.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $100 after discounts; otherwise $10. Estimated delivery is 4–5 business days after dispatch. USPS Express is $50, with delivery in 1–3 days after dispatch. Overnight service depends on destination and carrier cutoff.
Can you ship to the UK?
UK shipping is unavailable. Checkout supports U.S. delivery addresses. Contact us before ordering for any other destination.
When will my order ship?
The published dispatch target is within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Payment review times, daily dispatch cutoffs, and weekend or holiday handling have not been confirmed. Contact us before ordering if a specific date is important.
How do volume discounts work?
Mix eligible research vials: 5–9 receive 20% off; 10 or more receive 30% off. Water, supplies, and shipping are excluded. Savings appear automatically in your cart.
How do I report an order problem?
Contact us privately with your order number, checkout email, a description of the problem, and photos of the parcel, shipping label, and affected items when applicable. Do not post personal details in the community. A reporting deadline and standard resolution process have not been confirmed; contact support promptly for review.
